We don’t offer long-term promises; we offer immediate financial rewards for high-level productivity.

Hourly Wages:

$18 to $40 per hour depending on your position and experience.

Daily Stipend:

Receive a $200 per day worked stipend to assist with lodging, meals, and local transport. This is paid separately from your wages.

Stay Bonus:

Earn up to an $8,000 total bonus for sticking with the project through completion while maintaining high performance.

The Work Standards

This is project-based labor serving critical infrastructure and industrial construction. Our standard project schedule is 5 to 6 shifts per week, with 10 to 12 hour shifts. We prioritize safety first, high-output crews, and disciplined schedules.

What You Will Be Building

We handle the heavy civil foundations that power the west. Our crews mobilize for:

Substation Site Work: Grading, drainage, and foundational excavation for the power grid.

Transmission Access: Building the roads and pads that allow energy to move.

Data Center Infrastructure: Rapid-deployment civil work for the AI era.

Mobile Batch Plants: On-site concrete production in remote environments.

Job Descriptions for Western Civil Infrastructure

Civil Laborer

The Mission: Provide the physical backbone for Western civil infrastructure projects. This is a 3 to 6 month contract position requiring relocation and 100% travel.

What You Will Do:

Support heavy civil and concrete labor tasks.
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety compliance at all times.
Participate in mandatory daily toolbox talks.

Requirements:

Reliable attendance and ability to pass a drug screening.
Physical fitness for 10 to 12 hour shifts in varying weather.
Professional conduct on the worksite.

Heavy Equipment Operator

The Mission: Operate high-precision yellow iron to move mountains for critical energy projects. This is a temporary, performance-based role for operators who value technical accuracy and high output.

What You Will Do:

Operate excavators, graders, dozers, and/or scrapers to meet strict role productivity targets.
Ensure minimal rework through precision grading and foundational work.
Maintain equipment and report any safety or mechanical incidents immediately.

Requirements:

Proven heavy equipment experience with civil infrastructure or industrial site prep.
High-level safety compliance and PPE usage.
Cumulative KPI score of 80% or higher to remain bonus eligible.

Heavy Haul Driver

The Mission: Manage the logistics and deployment of heavy iron and materials to remote project sites. We need drivers who are travel-ready and disciplined.

What You Will Do:

Transport equipment and materials across multi-state project zones (UT, NV, WY).
Record all hours accurately using approved mobile timekeeping apps.
Comply with all Worksite State wage and hour laws.

Requirements:

Valid CDL and a clean driving record.
Experience with material, heavy haul and equipment transport.
Willingness to adhere to the rotation and lodging protocols.

Stay Bonus Structure (The Completion Payday)

Western Civil Infrastructure rewards those who finish what they start. Our stay bonus is paid based on milestone verification and a KPI score of 80% or higher:
